Important Note - Abstract Submission

Registration for APSICON 2026 is mandatory to submit an abstract.

Once you have successfully registered through the APSICON 2026 Registration Portal, your registration details must be verified before you can access the Abstract Submission Portal. This verification process may take up to 2-3 hours.

Please note that verification is carried out manually. Registrations completed after 6:00 PM (IST) or outside official working hours may take longer to be verified. In such cases, you are advised to submit your abstract on the next working day after 9:30 AM (IST).

Our team will make every effort to complete the verification process at the earliest and minimise the waiting time. However, we kindly request all participants to plan their registration and abstract submission well in advance to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
